Cal Maritime ends weekend in Redding by dropping non-conference game to Bushnell

REDDING, Calif. – Led by Lawrence Long with 15, three Keelhaulers scored in double figures during Saturday's game at the James M. Grant Center in Redding, California. Comprising this list with Long were Nick Stone and Sam Adhikary who finished with 11 and a career-high 10 points apiece.

Stone hit half of his six shots from the floor and all four free throw attempts; Adhikary enjoyed a perfect shooting night by nailing all four field goal attempts, including a pair from three.

But the Keelhaulers could not withstand Bushnell's strong start to the game since it led by double digits and halftime and held that cushion for the rest of the night to earn a 97-73 victory.

Up next for Cal Maritime is a pair of exhibition games against Division II programs when it heads to Jessup on Wednesday and Stanislaus State next Saturday, November 29.
