VALLEJO, Calif. – Aysia Santos led all players with 18 points, Tamana Sharifi notched her sixth-double-figure rebound game by ending the night with a game-high 11 and notched her third double-double of the year by scoring 10 points in Saturday night's non-conference game inside PEAC Main Gym.
Trailing by four after 10 minutes of action, Cal Maritime entered the locker room down by that margin after it and Northwest scored 18 points apiece in the second period.
The third period ended up being the difference in the game because Cal Maritime was held to five points for that period and the visiting Eagles held on the rest of the way to record a 66-49 victory.
Since this was Cal Maritime's final home game of 2025, it will not host a game on campus until early next year when UC Santa Cruz visits on January 10. The Keelhaulers will now enjoy a brief holiday hiatus and head to Cal State Monterey Bay of December 9 for its next game.
