VALLEJO, Calif. (Original Release) – The Keelhaulers' five-game homestand will conclude Friday night in the team's final home non-conference game of the season when Bethesda visits Bodnar Field for a 7 p.m. matchup.

The visiting Flames are seeking their first win of the season; a victory for Cal Maritime will give the team some momentum when it return to Cal Pac Conference play Sunday afternoon in the first of two rivalry games versus Pacific Union.

That contest at PUC will start at 1 p.m. and kick-off a string of five straight on the road before men's soccer returns home on Halloween to host the Pioneers.

Following its return to league action, Cal Maritime will have just under 48 hours before its penultimate non-conference game of the season kicks-off Tuesday afternoon at Menlo (4 p.m.)

Cal Maritime is Bethesda's lone game of the week and only action taking place in Northern California this season. As the third Cal Pac opponent on the Flames' schedule, the Keelhaulers seek their second head-to-head victory following last season's 1-0 win that took place in Vallejo.

A brief trip to Pacific Union, a team still searching for its first league win, is waiting for Cal Maritime after Friday night's tilt — a road game that marks the midway point of league competition.

Even though the Pioneers defeated Cal Maritime last season, PUC was forced to forfeit that result after discovering that players on its roster were ineligible at the date of competition.

A block of action that includes four games within seven days continues Tuesday at Menlo before concluding next Thursday at Simpson.
