VALLEJO, Calif. – Following its brief one weekend hiatus, Cal Maritime's dinghy student-athletes will travel to San Diego for the third time this season to participate in the West Coast Championships, hosted by San Diego State at Mission Bay Yacht Club.

This is a rotational event with teams competing in CFJs, a team consists of A and B double-handed divisions. First warning both days is slated for 10:30 a.m. with the last race taking place no later than 3 p.m. on Sunday with the racing area in on Mission Bay to the east of the Mission Bay Yacht Club Junior Clubhouse.

In addition to Cal Maritime, other teams participating in this regatta are Cal, Cal Poly, Chicago, Clemson, Hawai'i, Hope, Michigan, North Carolina State, San Diego State, Stanford, Texas, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, UC Santa Cruz, USC and Wisconsin.
